Beautifully ripe fruit from Te Muna Valley was hand harvested and cool fermented to retain the fresh fruit flavours and spicy characteristics. A hint of residual sugar makes this the perfect afternoon sipper.
Aromas of yellow apples, lemon confit, melons and papayas. The palate is textural with bright acidity and carries flavours of orange blossom, fresh apricot and peach.

2023 Reserve Chardonnay

With aromas of white peach, baked apples a touch of chamomile and hazelnuts, this barrel fermented Chardonnay spent 9 months on full fermentation lees to give it depth and a creamy fullness in the mouth. The palate is fleshy with orchard fruit flavours and has a linear acidity that leads to an opulent, expansive finish.

2025 Roseling

Roseling is a dry rose that is predominantly made from Riesling but is co-fermented with a hint of Pinot Noir to give its pretty pink hue.
Aromas of lime, crushed strawberries and white flowers. The palate is tangy, driven by a bright sense of freshness and a nervy finish.

2020 Reserve Pinot Noir

This succulent Pinot Noir is made from a blend of 8 different Pinot Noir clones. The 2020 vintage was a great one and produced delicious, intensely flavoured wines.
Elegant and refined with aromas of cherries, wild raspberries and wet bark. The palate is bright and vibrant with focused acidity and finely integrated tannins.

2025 Orange

Small bunches of perfectly ripe Pinot Gris grapes were hand picked from Te Muna Valley on 13th April 2025. The whole bunches were fermented skins, stems and all in a 200 litre drum. after fermentation the wine was then pressed off skins and allowed to settle naturally for several months prior to racking and bottling on 21 November 2025. This wine is unfined and unfiltered. Minimal sulphites were added. Vegan friendly.
